Kick-off Workshop - coachträning (in English below)

Vi är glada att bjuda in dig till en unik möjlighet att representera dig själv, dela dina erfarenheter och engagera dig i att skapa förändring för unga människor. Denna personliga inbjudan erbjuder dig nya perspektiv och praktiska verktyg för att göra verklig skillnad.

Förberedelse för samhällsinitiativ för unga 

Under helgen kommer du att få en bättre förståelse för hur samhällsinitiativ kan stärka unga människor att hantera motgångar, konflikter och bygga självkänsla. Efter kursen kan du engagera dig i ett av de team som arbetar med kommande initiativ. Kursen är baserad på en transformativ metod som fokuserar på att upptäcka nya perspektiv snarare än att tillföra ny kunskap. Genom vägledda dialoger får du möjlighet att reflektera och utforska de strukturer som formar våra tankar och handlingar.

Kursen riktar sig till alla som, professionellt eller privat, är intresserade av att bidra till ett mer inkluderande och tryggare samhälle. Fokus ligger på unga med socialt riskbeteende.

Plats: Fryshuset, Mårtendalsgatan 2–8, Stockholm. Kursen kommer att genomföras på engelska av erfarna ledare som har arbetat med grit.org.uk.

Kick-Off Workshop – Coach training

We are pleased to invite you to a unique opportunity to represent yourself, share your experiences, and engage in creating change for young people. This personal invitation offers you new perspectives and practical tools to make a real difference.

Preparation for community initiatives for young people
Over the weekend, you will better understand how community initiatives can empower young people to cope with adversity, and conflicts, and build self-esteem. After the course, you can engage in one of the teams working on upcoming initiatives. The course is based on a transformative method that focuses on discovering new perspectives, rather than adding new knowledge. Through guided dialogue, you can reflect and explore the structures that shape our thoughts and actions.

The course is aimed at anyone who, professionally or privately, is interested in contributing to a more inclusive and safer society. It focuses on young people with socially risky behaviors.

Full participation is required for the entire course duration.
